§ 10 §1193 — Violations
Maine·Title 10 COMMERCE AND TRADE·Part 3 REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 204-A DEALER PRACTICES FOR CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES
1.Unfair trade practice.
Any violation of this chapter shall constitute prima facie evidence of a violation of Title 5, chapter 10, the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act.
