§ 10 §1184 — Construction

Maine·Title 10 COMMERCE AND TRADE·Part 3 REGULATION OF TRADE·Ch. 204 BUSINESS PRACTICES BETWEEN MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND DEALERS
In construing this chapter the courts may be guided by the interpretations of the Federal Trade Commission Act(15 U.S.C. 45), as from time to time amended. If any provision of this chapter is declared unconstitutional or the applicability thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of this chapter and the applicability thereof to persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
