§ 10 §1064 — Issuance of revenue obligation securities

1.Notice of intent to issue bonds; actions to contest validity. The municipal officers of any municipality are authorized to provide by resolution, at one time or from time to time, for the issuance of revenue obligation securities of the municipality for the purposes authorized in this subchapter. No revenue obligation securities of the municipality may be authorized and issued until:
2.Maturity; interest. The securities of each issue of revenue obligation securities shall be dated, shall mature at a time or times not exceeding 25 years from their date or dates and shall bear interest at a rate or rates determined by the option of the municipal officers. The securities may be made redeemable before maturity at a price or prices and under terms and conditions fixed prior to their issue.
