§ 7-903

Every rule, regulation, form, order, and directive adopted by or relating to the former State Railroad Administration remains in effect until changed by the Maryland Transit Administrator or the Secretary. Every reference in this Code, any other law, ordinance, resolution, rule, regulation, order, directive, legal action, contract, deed or any other document to the State Railroad Administration means the Maryland Transit Administration.
