§ 7-602

Maryland·Article gtr Transportation·Title 7
(a)In this section, “labor dispute” is to be construed broadly and includes any controversy as to:
(1)Wages, salaries, hours, or other working conditions;
(2)Benefits, including health and welfare, sick leave, insurance, pension, or retirement provisions;
(3)Grievances that arise; or
(4)Collective bargaining agreements, including:
(i)The making or maintaining of any collective bargaining agreement;
(ii)The terms to be included in it; or
(iii)Its interpretation or application.
(b)If, in a labor dispute between the Administration and any employees described in § 7-601 of this subtitle, collective bargaining does not result in agreement, the Administration shall submit the dispu
