Text

(a)The Trust shall consist of the following voting members:
(1)the Governor;
(2)the President of the Senate;
(3)the Speaker of the House of Delegates;
(4)the Secretary of General Services; and
(5)the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust.
(b)The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members:
(1)the Director of the Baltimore Museum of Art;
(2)the Director of the Maryland Historical Society;
(3)the Director of the St. Mary’s City Commission;
(4)the Director of the Talbot County Historical Society;
(5)the Director of the Walters Museum of Art;
(6)the Director of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts;
