Text

(a)The official stamp of a notary public shall:
(1)include:
(i)the notary public’s name and office;
(ii)1. if the notary public resides in the State, the county in which the notary public resides; or 2. if the notary public resides outside the State, the county in which the notary public was qualified; and
(iii)any other information required by the Secretary of State; and
(2)be capable of being copied together with the record to which it is affixed or attached or with which it is logically associated.
(b)A notary public commissioned under the laws of this State shall include in the notary public’s official stamp or within a certificate of notarial act the expiration date of the
