Text
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Commission” means the Patuxent River Commission.
(c)“Plan” means:
(1)the Patuxent River Policy Plan that has been approved by the General Assembly; and
(2)all amendments to that Plan that are approved under this subtitle.
