Text
(a)This section does not apply to:
(1)Allegany County;
(2)Baltimore County;
(3)Montgomery County;
(4)Washington County; or
(5)Wicomico County.
(b)A road may not be opened or altered to pass through the buildings, gardens, yards, or burial grounds of any person without the written consent of the owner of the property.
