Text
(a)This section applies only to:
(1)Allegany County;
(2)Garrett County; and
(3)Washington County.
(b)For the purpose of building a new road, improving or widening an existing road, or draining a road, the county commissioners may acquire the necessary property through condemnation under Title 12 of the Real Property Article.
