§ 9-6A-08
(a)To qualify for registration, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.
(b)The applicant shall:
(1)be at least 18 years old; and
(2)satisfy the education, experience, and supervision requirements of § 9-6A-09 of this subtitle.
