Text

(a)(1) Each member of the Commission shall devote full time to the duties of office.
(2)While on the Commission, a member may not:
(i)practice law;
(ii)hold any political employment under State or federal law; or
(iii)hold any other position or engage in any business that interferes or is inconsistent with any duty of office.
(b)(1) Each member of the Commission is entitled to:
(i)the salary provided in the State budget; and
(ii)reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(2)The annual salary of a member of the Commission:
(i)shall at least equal the salary provided in the State budget
