§ 11-1604

(a) The Department may adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle.

(b) On or before January 1 each year, beginning in 2025, the Department shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates on Program activities and use of the Fund.
