§ 19-702
This subtitle applies only to authorized insurers that deliver or issue for delivery in the State third party bodily injury liability insurance under:
(1)homeowner’s coverage;
(2)owners’, landlords’, and tenants’ coverage; or
(3)any other premises liability coverage.
