Text
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Juvenile facility” means a property used for a juvenile program that is:
(1)operated under the authority of:
(i)a county or municipal corporation, or both;
(ii)a for profit organization; or
(iii)a nonprofit organization; and
(2)(i) wholly owned by the entity described in paragraph (1) of this subsection; or
(ii)leased by the entity if:
1. the lease is for a minimum term of 30 years after completion of the project or gives the lessee the right of purchase; and
2. the lessor consents to the recording of a notice of the State’s right of recovery under § 9-405 of this subtit
