§ 4-604
The Department may establish:
(1)eligibility standards for group home sponsors;
(2)Program loan fees and charges;
(3)maximum Program loans for group homes based on their size, use, and location; and
(4)a process for selecting group homes to be financed under the Program that promotes statewide distribution of money.
