§ 2-4A-06

Maryland·Article gho Health Occupations·Title 2
(a)To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.
(b)The applicant shall:
(1)Be of good moral character; and
(2)Be at least 18 years old.
(c)The applicant shall:
(1)(i) Be a board certified music therapist; and
(ii)Provide proof: 1. A. Of passing the examination for board certification offered by the Certification Board for Music Therapists or any successor organization; or B. Of being transitioned into board certification; and 2. That the applicant is currently a board certified music therapist;
(2)Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in music therapy, or its equivalent, includi
