Text
In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Committee:
(1)Shall:
(i)Develop and recommend to the Board:
1. Regulations to carry out this subtitle; and
2. Any statutory changes that affect the profession; and
(ii)Keep a record of its meetings; and
(2)May:
(i)Provide recommendations regarding the practice of naturopathic medicine; and
(ii)Advise the Board on any other matters related to naturopathic doctors.
