§ 12-6B-02

Maryland·Article gho Health Occupations·Title 12
(a)To qualify for registration an applicant shall be an individual who:
(1)Is currently certified by a national pharmacy technician certification program and complies with subsection (b)(6) of this section; or
(2)Meets the requirements of this section.
(b)The applicant shall:
(1)Be of good moral character;
(2)Be at least 17 years old;
(3)(i) 1. Be a high school graduate or have attained a high school equivalency; or 2. Be enrolled and in good standing at a high school; or
(ii)Meet the requirements in subsection (d) of this section;
(4)Have successfully passed an examination approved by the Board;
(5)Complete a pharmacy technician training progra
