§20–2202. IN EFFECT // EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2026 PER CHAPTER 679 OF 2022 // The General Assembly finds that health literacy is:
(1)Part of the State’s critical public health and health systems infrastructure; and
(2)An essential contributor to health equity.
