Text
(a)To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in the State, an individual must:
(1)Be a resident of the State; and
(2)Be an eligible patient.
(b)To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs, over–the–counter drugs, or medical supplies from a repository located in another state, an individual must be an eligible patient.
