Text
(a)An individual who is not an official shall disclose information annually if designated under subsection (b) of this section.
(b)For disclosure under this section:
(1)the Governor, by executive order, may designate:
(i)an employee of an executive unit; or
(ii)a noncompensated appointee of the Governor;
(2)the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland, by order, may designate:
(i)an employee of the Judicial Branch; or
(ii)a noncompensated appointee of the Supreme Court of Maryland or the Chief Justice; and
(3)the presiding officers of the General Assembly, by order, may designate:
(i)an employee of the Legislative Branch; or
(ii)a n
