Text

(a)A credit union may require not more than 60 days’ notice of a member’s intention to withdraw from a share account or deposit account.
(b)A requirement imposed under subsection (a) of this section shall:
(1)Apply to all members of the credit union; and
(2)Be included in each member’s account agreement.
