(a)There is a Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission in the Department.
(b)(1) The Commission consists of 19 members.
(2)Of the members:
(i)One shall be a member of the Senate of Maryland, appointed by the President of the Senate;
(ii)One shall be a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of the House; and
(iii)17 shall be appointed by the Governor as follows: 1. The Secretary or the Secretary’s designee; 2. The Secretary of Health or the Secretary’s designee; 3. The Secretary of Housing and Community Development or the Secretary’s designee; 4. The Maryland Insurance Commissioner or the Commissioner’s desig
