(a) The eighth congressional district consists of the following parts of Montgomery County:
(1) election districts 1, 4, 7, and 10;
(2) election district 5, precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 22;
(3) election district 6, precincts 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, and 14;
(4) election district 8, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15;
(5) election district 9, precincts 4, 9, 14, 21, 22, 31, 36, 37, and 38;
(6) election district 13, precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65, 68, 69, 70, and 71;
(7) that part of election district 5, precinct 4 that consists of census tract 7014.25, blocks 1000 and 1002 through 1004;
(8) that part of election district 5, precinct 12 that consists of census tract 7014.24, block 2006;
(9) that part of election district 5, precinct 17 that consists of census tract 7014.14, blocks 1000 through 1017, 2000 through 2007, and 3000 through 3011;
(10) that part of election district 5, precinct 18 that consists of census tract 7014.08, block 1011;
(11) that part of election district 6, precinct 3 that consists of census tract 7006.04, block 3010;
(12) that part of election district 6, precinct 5 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7006.15, blocks 1000 through 1011 and 2000 through 2007; and
(ii) census tract 7006.16, blocks 1005 through 1007, 1013, 2001 through 2006, and 3013;
(13) that part of election district 6, precinct 13 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7006.06, blocks 3000 and 3011; and
(ii) census tract 7006.16, blocks 1000 through 1004, 1008 through 1012, 3000, 3001, 3006 through 3012, and 3014 through 3016;
(14) that part of election district 8, precinct 6 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7013.08, blocks 1000 through 1011; and
(ii) census tract 7013.16, blocks 1000 through 1012, 2000 through 2009, 2011 through 2013, 3018, 4007, 4010, and 4012;
(15) that part of election district 9, precinct 2 that consists of census tract 7007.18, blocks 1003, 1004, 4000 through 4003, 4005, and 4012;
(16) that part of election district 9, precinct 5 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7008.10, block 3004;
(ii) census tract 7008.11, block 2015;
(iii) census tract 7008.12, blocks 1007 through 1009, 2005, and 2006; and
(iv) census tract 7008.13, blocks 2000, 2001, 2004, and 2005;
(17) that part of election district 9, precinct 10 that consists of census tract 7007.28, blocks 1000 and 1002 through 1005;
(18) that part of election district 9, precinct 12 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7008.10, blocks 3000 through 3003 and 3005;
(ii) census tract 7008.11, block 2008; and
(iii) census tract 7008.13, block 2002;
(19) that part of election district 9, precinct 32 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7007.20, blocks 1001 through 1004, 2006, and 3003 through 3005; and
(ii) census tract 7007.29, blocks 1000 through 1002 and 1016;
(20) that part of election district 9, precinct 33 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7008.36, block 2001;
(ii) census tract 7008.38, blocks 1000 through 1002, 2000, 2001, 2009 through 2012, and 2014 through 2022; and
(iii) census tract 7008.39, block 3009;
(21) that part of election district 12, precinct 1 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7002.06, block 3000; and
(ii) census tract 7002.08, block 2008; and
(22) that part of election district 13, precinct 67 that consists of the following:
(i) census tract 7017.01, blocks 3005 through 3010; and
(ii) census tract 7017.04, blocks 1000, 1009 through 1022, 2000, 2003, 2004, 2006 through 2013, and 2016 through 2023.
(b) The district also includes that part of Prince George’s County that consists of that part of election district 21, precinct 14 that consists of census tract 8073.04, block 1016.
