Text

(a)The fifth congressional district consists of the following counties:
(1)Calvert County;
(2)Charles County; and
(3)St. Mary’s County.
(b)The district also includes the following parts of Anne Arundel County:
(1)election district 7;
(2)election district 1, precinct 99;
(3)election district 4, precincts 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 99;
(4)that part of election district 1, precinct 23 that consists of the following:
(i)census tract 7401.06, blocks 2008 through 2010 and 2016 through 2033;
(ii)census tract 7404.00, blocks 1000 through 1004;
(iii)census tract 7405.02, blocks 3000 through 3004; and
