§ 5-1804
A loan qualifies under the Program if the loan:
(1)satisfies the lending criteria of the financial institution;
(2)has a term not exceeding 10 years;
(3)may be short or long term, have fixed or variable rates, and be secured or unsecured; and
(4)does not exceed $250,000.
