§ 10-4D-01
(a)In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Board” means the Human–Relevant Research Review Board established under § 10–4D–04 of this subtitle.
(c)“Corporation” has the meaning stated in § 10–401 of this title.
(d)“Fund” means the Human–Relevant Research Fund.
