Text
(a)This section applies only in Queen Anne’s County.
(b)While confined in the Queen Anne’s County Jail, an incarcerated individual employed under § 11–602 of this title shall pay:
(1)court–ordered payments, including restitution payments; and
(2)the reasonable cost of the food, lodging, and clothing of the incarcerated individual.
(c)The County Commissioners shall:
(1)establish a reasonable per diem rate for the food, lodging, and clothing of an incarcerated individual; and
(2)designate the Warden of the Queen Anne’s County Jail as the agent to collect the costs and payments specified in this section.
