Text
(a)If an incarcerated individual violates a condition imposed for the incarcerated individual’s conduct, custody, or employment, the incarcerated individual shall be returned to the court.
(b)The court may:
(1)require that the balance of the incarcerated individual’s sentence be served in actual confinement; and
(2)cancel any earned diminution of the incarcerated individual’s term of confinement.
