§ 10-306
(a)With respect to any claim, a member of the Board may:
(1)administer oaths; and
(2)issue subpoenas to compel:
(i)the attendance of witnesses; and
(ii)the production of pertinent records or documents.
(b)The Board may petition a circuit court for an order of contempt against a person who refuses to:
(1)comply with a subpoena issued by a Board member;
(2)comply with a request by a Board member to be sworn to an oath; or
(3)answer as a witness before the Board.
