(a)(1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.
(2)“Government identification document” means one of the following documents issued by the United States government or any state or local government:
(i)a passport;
(ii)an immigration visa;
(iii)an alien registration card;
(iv)an employment authorization card;
(v)a birth certificate;
(vi)a Social Security card;
(vii)a uniformed services identification;
(viii)an adoption decree;
(ix)a marriage license;
(x)a driver’s license; or
(xi)a photo identification card.
