Text
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Executive Director” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(c)“Retailer” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(d)“Sell” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(e)“Unpackaged cigarette” means any cigarette not contained in a sealed package of 20 or more cigarettes.
(f)“Vending machine operator” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
(g)“Wholesaler” has the meaning stated in § 11–501 of this title.
