In Montgomery County, the following individuals are not liable to any person for advice or help given in the course of employment in connection with the preparation of a complaint:
(1)A clerk of any court or an employee of a clerk;
(2)The Sheriff or a deputy sheriff; or
(3)An employee of the register of wills.
