§ 8-307

Maryland·Article gbo Business Occupations and Professions·Title 8
(a)Unless a certificate is renewed for a 2–year term as provided in this section, a certificate expires on the first June 30 that comes:
(1)after the effective date of the certificate; and
(2)in an even–numbered year.
(b)(1) At least 30 days before the certificate expires, the Board shall mail or electronically transmit to the certificate holder:
(i)a renewal application form;
(ii)a notice that states the date on which the current certificate expires; and
(iii)the amount of the certificate fee.
(2)If an electronic transmission under paragraph (1) of this subsection is returned to the Board as undeliverable, the Board shall mail to the certificate holder, at the last known address of th
