Text
The Secretary shall publish at least annually, in any form he deems proper, (1) information concerning the distribution of commercial fertilizers and soil conditioners;
(2)data on their production and use as he considers advisable; and (3) a report of the results of the analysis of official samples of these products distributed in the State as compared with the analyses guaranteed in the registration and the label. The published information concerning production and use of commercial fertilizers and soil conditioners may not disclose the operation of any person.
