Text

(a)(1) An individual may not possess or consume an alcoholic beverage during the hours stated in paragraph (2) of this subsection in an establishment that:
(i)is not licensed by the Board; but
(ii)is: 1. a restaurant, tavern, hotel, club, dance studio, or disco; 2. a place of public entertainment; 3. a place open to the public; 4. a place that is licensed by the State or the county; or 5. a place at which setups or other component parts of mixed alcoholic drinks are sold.
(2)The prohibition under paragraph (1) of this subsection is in effect:
(i)from Monday to Saturday, from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m.; and
