§ 32-403
(a)This section applies to a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county.
(b)Before the Executive Director may issue a Class 6 pub–brewery license in the county, the Executive Director shall forward a copy of the application to the Board.
(c)The Board shall:
(1)review the application;
(2)hold a public hearing on the application; and
(3)recommend to the Executive Director whether or not to issue the license.
