Text
(a)The Board shall appoint an inspector.
(b)An inspector shall:
(1)possess the power of a peace officer in the State arising out of or relating to the enforcement of this article; and
(2)carry out the duties that the Board requires.
(c)The County Commissioners shall set the salary of the inspector.
