§ 26-1617

Maryland·Article gab Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis·Title 26
(a)There is a Class B–RD (revitalization district) license.
(b)(1) The Board may issue the license to an applicant that:
(i)is located and remains in: 1. a designated Maryland main street with a local management authority; 2. a designated revitalization area; or 3. an area with a revitalization plan that has been adopted locally;
(ii)has gross sales: 1. that do not exceed $150,000 per year; and 2. of which at least 80% are derived from the sale of food; and
(iii)is primarily a restaurant at which customers are seated to eat.
(2)The license authorizes the holder to sell liquor at retail for on–premises consumption
