§ 25-301
(a)In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)“Director” means the Director of the Services.
(c)“Dispensary” means a store established and maintained by the Services for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
(d)“Services” means the County Alcohol Beverage Services.
