§ 20-2002
(a)(1) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(2)(i) The Board may grant a special Sunday opening permit to the license holder.
(ii)The permit authorizes the holder to sell beer for off–premises consumption on Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
(iii)The annual permit fee is $100 in addition to the annual fee for the license.
(iv)The permit is not considered a separate class of license and, if it is granted, the privilege shall be incorporated into the license.
(b)A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday, for on– and off–premises consumption, from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.
