Text
(a)The application shall include:
(1)a signed statement by the applicant that:
(i)the applicant has not been convicted of a felony; or
(ii)except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, if the application is made on behalf of a corporation, that the applicant and none of the stockholders of that corporation have been convicted of a felony;
(2)a statement that the applicant is at least 21 years old;
(3)a certified statement from the Treasurer of the county that shows the value of the merchandise, fixtures, and inventory, as certified by the State Department of Assessments and Taxation, for the business for which the application is made for the calendar year immediately preceding the year for which the licens
