Text

(a)There is a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license.
(b)The Board may issue the license for use by:
(1)a hotel that:
(i)accommodates the public by providing service ordinarily found in hotels;
(ii)has: 1. at least 25 rooms; 2. a lobby with registration and mail desk; and 3. a dining room that serves full–course meals at least twice daily and that has regular seating at tables, including not more than 15 seats at bars or counters, for at least 50 individuals; and
(iii)is operated in facilities that are valued for State and local assessment and taxation at not less than $50,000; or
(2)a restaurant that:
(i)is open for business
