§ 16-205

(a) The Board shall meet at least once a month.

(b) The County Commissioners shall set:

(1) the annual salaries of the regular members of the Board; and

(2) the salary of the substitute member on a per diem basis.

(c) The Board may:

(1) employ:

(i) a secretary;

(ii) inspectors; and

(iii) clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and

(2) set the compensation of the employees.
