Text
(a)The Board shall meet at least once a month.
(b)The County Commissioners shall set:
(1)the annual salaries of the regular members of the Board; and
(2)the salary of the substitute member on a per diem basis.
(c)The Board may:
(1)employ:
(i)a secretary;
(ii)inspectors; and
(iii)clerical and other assistants as are necessary; and
(2)set the compensation of the employees.
