§ 15-1406

Maryland·Article gab Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis·Title 15
(a)(1) An application for a license shall include a statement that:
(i)the applicant is at least 21 years old;
(ii)the applicant will carry on the business authorized by the license for the applicant or for a business entity and not as an agent of another person;
(iii)1. the applicant will manage the business in person; or 2. if the license is issued to a business entity, an individual who is specified in the application will manage the business;
(iv)the applicant will not sell alcoholic beverages designated under the license to a person under the age of 21 years; and
(v)the applicant consents to the use of evidence discovered during a lawful inspection of the licensed premise
