§ 12-1903
A license holder:
(1)may employ an individual at least 18 years old to sell, serve, deliver, or otherwise deal with alcoholic beverages; and
(2)may not employ or allow an individual under the age of 18 years to:
(i)sell, serve, or deliver alcoholic beverages; or
(ii)provide entertainment on the licensed premises.
