Text
The Executive Director may not allow the transfer of a license until the transferor has:
(1)complied with the Bulk Transfers Act under Title 6 of the Commercial Law Article; and
(2)provided to the Executive Director an affidavit that certifies compliance with the Bulk Transfers Act.
