Text

(a)There is an organizational license.
(b)The Board may issue the license to a fraternal organization, volunteer fire department, or volunteer rescue squad for use on the premises that the organization, fire department, or rescue squad owns or regularly uses to hold functions.
(c)The license authorizes the holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor by the drink for on–premises consumption.
(d)The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 14–2004 of this title.
(e)The annual license fee is $500.
