Text
(a)A person may not kill or allow a dog or cat to be killed by use of:
(1)a decompression chamber;
(2)carbon monoxide gas; or
(3)curariform drugs.
(b)A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500.
